7 Reasons Why In-Season Training Matters

ADAPT is making it easier than ever for your athlete to keep training while in-season:

1. Flexible Scheduling

Use sessions anytime during the month, 6 days a week — Not sure when to schedule? We can let you know the best option based on your practice/game schedule.

2. Individualization

We understand some athletes will strength train with their team/school. What we do goes far beyond traditional strength training exercises and can not be replicated in a high school team training setting. Training is individualized by sport, position, needs, fatigue level, and takes into account any traditional strength training done with the team.

3. Injury Reduction

Research shows an overall injury risk reduction of 42% with a proper, performance training regimen.

4. Recovery

Using our Normatec recovery-compression sleeves are included in your membership. We also have bananas, electrolytes, protein, and creatine available for post-practice nutrition.

5. Mobility

We are adding mobility/foam rolling to sessions led by a certified yoga teacher.

6. Performance Monitoring

In-season athletes will use our Force Plate testing regularly to make sure athletes maintain symmetry, strength, and power — catching imbalances or breakdown early before it becomes a problem.

7. Recruiting

Hoping to play in college? College recruiters love to see athletes training, investing in themselves, and sharing on social media that they are training in-season to be their best.
