We use the InBody H30N scale to provide detailed performance feedback and body composition analysis. This allows us to track muscle mass, body fat percentage, and hydration levels—helping athletes and adults optimize their training and nutrition. For those in our nutrition coaching program, the InBody scale helps us fine-tune meal plans, monitor progress, and ensure proper fueling for performance, recovery, and body composition goals.
